About Me
I’m Terrie, founder of Doll Aesthetics & Beauty, advanced aesthetics practitioner and trainer.
I created Doll Aesthetics & Beauty with one very simple belief: aesthetic treatments should enhance the person in front of you, not change them into somebody else.
My approach has always been YOU, BUT BETTER.
For me, aesthetics isn’t about following every trend or using more product for the sake of it. It’s about understanding facial anatomy, recognising what will genuinely benefit somebody and creating balanced, natural-looking results while always putting safety first.
Over the years, my passion for aesthetics has developed into something much bigger than treating clients. I now also train other practitioners, helping them build confidence, improve their technique and understand the anatomy and reasoning behind what they are doing — rather than simply learning where to inject.

My Story
I didn’t build Doll Aesthetics & Beauty overnight.
Like a lot of people who come into this industry, I started with a genuine interest in beauty, aesthetics and helping people feel more confident. From there, I continued investing in my education, developing my techniques and constantly pushing myself to understand more about facial anatomy, ageing and injectable treatments.
As my experience grew, so did my approach.
I became much more interested in looking at the whole face, rather than treating individual features in isolation. A lip, chin, cheek or jaw doesn’t exist separately from everything around it. Small, carefully considered changes can sometimes create a much better result than simply adding more filler.
That philosophy is now at the centre of everything I do.
Whether I am treating a client or teaching a student, I want there to be a reason behind every decision.
Doll Aesthetics & Beauty has grown from a treatment business into a clinic and training academy offering advanced aesthetic treatments, skin treatments, biostimulation and education for both new and experienced practitioners.
And although the business has grown, my standards have remained the same: safe treatments, high-quality education and results that still look like you.
My Approach to Products
One of the biggest things I believe in is using the right product for the right indication.
Not every injectable is suitable for every area, every client or every treatment goal.
The aesthetics industry is constantly introducing new fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides and biostimulatory products. I love innovation, but I don’t believe that something should automatically be used just because it is new, popular or being heavily promoted.
Before introducing products into my clinic, I look at factors such as:
- product composition and how it behaves within the tissue
- clinical evidence and safety profile
- longevity and expected outcome
- appropriate injection depth and technique
- complication management
- whether the product is reversible
- whether I genuinely believe it provides a benefit to my clients
I am particularly cautious when it comes to products that cannot easily be reversed.
Aesthetic medicine is never completely risk free, which is why product selection, anatomy knowledge and complication management are so important.
Sometimes the safest or most appropriate treatment is actually less product, a different product, or no treatment at all.
I will always prioritise what I believe is safest and most suitable for the individual rather than simply selling a treatment.
My Approach to Training
My views on training are equally important to me.
Aesthetics is not an industry where I believe people should simply complete a course, receive a certificate and immediately feel expected to know everything.
Learning how to perform an injection is only one small part of becoming a good practitioner.
You need to understand why you are treating an area, the anatomy underneath your needle, how different products behave, how to recognise complications and — most importantly — what to do if something goes wrong.
That is why my training is heavily focused on:
- facial anatomy
- safe injection techniques
- patient assessment and consultation
- product selection
- recognising and managing complications
- hands-on experience with live models
- developing confidence through repetition
- ongoing support after completing your course
I also believe students need genuine hands-on experience.
Watching somebody else inject is valuable, but you cannot develop confidence purely by watching a demonstration. My training is designed to give students the opportunity to assess, plan and treat real clients under supervision.
And the learning doesn’t stop once the training day finishes.
My students have continued support, and I encourage them to ask questions, send cases and continue developing their knowledge as they begin treating independently.
I want practitioners leaving my academy to understand that being a good injector isn't about knowing the most techniques.
It is about knowing when to treat, when not to treat, how to treat safely and how to create results that are appropriate for the person sitting in front of you.
The Doll Aesthetics Philosophy
Whether you visit me as a client or train with me as a student, my philosophy is the same:
Safety before trends.
Education before ego.
Quality before quantity.
And enhancement rather than transformation.
Aesthetics should never be about making everybody look the same.
It should be about understanding anatomy, respecting individuality and helping somebody feel like the best version of themselves.
YOU, BUT BETTER.
